British Airways A380 Coming To Singapore

British Airways has announced that their new A380 superjumbo will commence flying between London and Singapore from 28 October 2014. This service has been announced by British Airways route ambassador, Kristin Davis.  The three - times a week service will increase the available seats for passengers on this route by four thousand a month, giving greater availability.

The A380 operating from Singapore further enhances and aligns offering for all markets across Australia, with codeshare options to both Singapore and Hong Kong from the major Australian gateways, passengers can choose to stopover or connect onto British Airways' newest aircraft to their award winning home, London Heathrow Terminal 5.

The new double decked aircraft to Singapore will feature on the BA11 London Heathrow service operating on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and the returning BA12, operating on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

A total of twenty new aircraft will be joining the fleet in 2014. British Airways already fly A380's to Los Angeles and Hong Kong, and services to Johannesburg started on February 12 and they will begin flights to Washington DC on the super jumbo from September 1.
