Etihad Airways has announced two enhancements to the Etihad Chauffeur service. 

Effective from 14 October, every guest booked in First and Business Class in the following fare subclasses will enjoy the Etihad Chauffeur service on all legs of their journey in over 35 destinations*. The eligible booking subclasses are: 

• First Class: F, A, R

• Business Class: J, D, C, W

This replaces the previous restriction of the Etihad Chauffeur service to two complimentary segments per trip. Tickets booked using promotional fares or on any subclasses other than those specified above will not be eligible for the complimentary Etihad Chauffeur service.
